Auguste Curtis grew up on a farm in Twin Falls, Idaho. She graduated from Filer High School in 2016, and more recently graduated from Linn Benton Community College in June of 2018. She graduated with her Associates of Science degree in Agriculture Business Management. While attending LBCC she was a member of the livestock judging team and the Leadership in Ag Club. Auguste is working a part time job at a retail store, and the Valley Co-Op, as well as working on the farm. Currently, she is attending the University of Idaho to study for a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science, Communication, and Leadership. With her degree, she hopes to broaden her opportunities and have a deeper knowledge of the livestock industry. Auguste is also running her own cattle business and plans to expand her Angus herd in the next few years. Augustes’ ultimate goal is to continue to improve and advance her cattle herd and to one day have a career within the Angus Association or a similar position in the agriculture industry. Auguste plans to graduate from the University of Idaho in the fall of 2019. Auguste is a fun, caring, and hardworking individual who strives to do her best every day.
