Miqueas Johnson

Heyburn, Idaho

Project Detail

Miqueas Johnson is going to be in his junior year of college at Utah State University this 2019 fall semester. He is taking summer classes in order to graduate faster in his pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Once he has completed that degree he has plans to pursue a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering. He hopes to study tsunamis, study earthquakes, and to prevent ocean pollution. Miqueas grew up in Burley Idaho and graduated from Burley High School. He was involved with FFA and 4-H clubs throughout his high school career. He is really grateful for this scholarship because it furthers his journey as a first generation university college graduate.
