National Speaker to give seminar at IIEA Summer Meeting in McCall

   The IIEA is pleased to announce that Doug Dvorak will give a 1-hour seminar on Wednesday, July 22nd at the IIEA Summer Meeting in McCall at 7 pm.
   Mr. Dvorak is the Founder and Managing Principal of DMG International, a worldwide organization that assists clients with productivity training and customer service and sales excellence management workshops. Mr. Dvorak is a certified sales trainer, management consultant and corporate humorist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management.
   But Mr. Dvorak’s sense of humor is no less refined, as he is a graduate of the Player’s Workshop of the Second City, one of the oldest and most prestigious improvisational comedy schools in the world.
His dedication to success and sales excellence led him to be named one of the Top Ten Sales Professionals in America in 1988, by Personal Selling Power Magazine. Mr. Dvorak is a member of the National Speakers Association, Toastmasters International and is an Advisory Board Member of “Best Buddies International, Inc.”, which is dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual disabilities. Doug is also a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) the highest earned designation from the National Speakers Association (NSA).

The Idaho Irrigation Equipment Association’s Summer Meeting will be held July 22-23, 2020 in McCall and New Meadows, Idaho.

3 pm – Board Meeting – Third Floor

All Day Activities: The Ski Lift is open until 5 pm for those who want to ride to the top of the mountain and hike or ride down. Or, if you want to bring a mountain bike, you can take the lift up and mountain bike down. The IIEA cost is $10/person ages 12 and up and $5 for ages 7-11. You save $5 on each ticket! Buy your own ticket(s) at Brundage ask for IIEA discount. You may also play:

*Disc Golf      *Yard-Size Jenga      *Corn Hole

5:30 pm – Dinner on the patio – Menu: Double R Tri-Tip and Roasted Chicken: Idaho-raised beef marinated in red wine and fresh herbs served medium rare and roasted french cut chicken breast with a tarragon dijon cream sauce; roasted garlic potatoes and fresh summer medley veggie; mixed green salad served with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette; rolls and butter
6:15 pm – To Tell the Truth- Come prepared with a fun/strange/unusual fact about yourself that people might not know about. You will write that fact on a card. If your fact is selected, three people will be selected, you and two “decoys”. Each person will answer questions from the audience. You will answer truthfully and the decoys will make up fun stories! The audience will vote on who is telling the truth. Sometimes, the decoys make up great stories and they fool the audience.
7-8 pm – Doug Dvorak, “Everything Starts and Stops with Motivation and Sales.”

MeadowCreek Golf Course, New Meadows
8:30 – Check-In for Golf Tournament
9 am – Shotgun Start for Bernie Fischer Memorial H2Open Golf Tournament. No outside food or beverage is allowed.
1:30 pm – Lunch and Golf Awards
Non-Golfers – At MeadowCreek – swim in the pool, play tennis (bring your own equipment), crafts, games, poolside. Fish in the MeadowCreek pond. In McCall, play in Payette Lake or go shopping.
