Shalissa Hamilton

Shalissa Hamilton is a 2010 graduate of Blackfoot High School. She is currently attending Utah State University and working towards a dual major in Accounting and Agribusiness. Shalissa is actively involved in clubs and organizations on campus and was appointed to the Dean’s list for the College of Business. She was one of twenty national scholars for Agriculture Future of America and attended their leadership conference in Kansas City, Missouri. Shalissa has a passion for agriculture and strives to help promote it in her school and community. She enjoys being involved in advocacy groups such as Collegiate FFA, Young Farmers and Ranchers, and Agriculture Future of America. She plans on becoming a Certified Public Accountant specializing in the agriculture industry. Growing up on a ranch has taught her the importance of agriculture and she looks forward to being a part of such an essential industry.
