Emmett, Idaho

Project Detail

Trey Mallory is a 2009 graduate of Emmett High School. He worked hard both academically and in the many extracurricular activities that he was involved with. These included 4-H, FFA, National Honor Society, Key Club, and Emmett’s Young Entrepreneurs. Trey then enrolled at the University of Idaho majoring in Agricultural Education and has maintained above a GPA of 3.00 for his first semester while remaining active in extracurricular activities. Currently he is involved with Collegiate 4-H, Collegiate FFA, Student Idaho Cattle Association, Block and Bridle, Student Alumni Association, 2010-2011 Homecoming Committee, and is the Vice President of his residence hall. It is Trey’s goal to graduate in another three years and then return to Emmett High School to begin to give back to the community that has given him so much by continuing to be active in 4-H and FFA as well as the community as a whole. Through teaching, Trey hopes to pass on his deep love of agriculture to the next generation. Following his teaching career Trey plans to continue to give back to his home town and the state of Idaho by becoming involved with politics to help insure that agriculture is protected long into the future.
